Review of Grid Codes and Implementation for Wind Farm Frequency Regulation

چکیده

With the increase of wind power and construction UHVDC transmission, turbines must actively participate in system frequency regulation through inertia response primary to ensure safe stable operation system. However, penetration rate grid structure each regional are different, so that corresponding codes also slightly different. Firstly, this paper introduces specific requirements guidelines typical countries regions, with reference experience international codes, it puts forward proposed implementation mode active support new energy suitable for domestic grid, recommended parameter farm regulation. Secondly, summarizes modulation schemes main turbine manufacturers world, demonstrates potential capability turbine. Finally, challenges realizable solutions virtual farms prospected, some suggestions given.
